📊 Current State of the KM Repository
Following the Q1 2026 KM/M&E TWG Meeting (April 2, 2026), six MDAs submitted presentations and activity reports. This harmonized report consolidates these submissions to establish the baseline state repository and calls on all remaining MDAs and health sector agencies to submit their documents to achieve a comprehensive, searchable knowledge base for Lagos State's health system.

However, the repository remains incomplete. A knowledge-driven health system requires 100% participation from all MDAs, LGAs, and health sector agencies.
